Hello Everyone. Due to server limitations, Heep only supports MP4 format for videos only. So far this is the only issue after 1 day of test launch. Other formats like MOV are not supported. I am gonna be working on a fix for this as soon as possible! Please report to me if you face any other issues. 🌸
